To tell you a little about myself...
It was the birth of my daughter that sparked my interest in Photography. At first, my photography centered around landscapes, flowers, and any inanimate object that could be photographed with a newborn in tow...not to mention countless baby pictures. Then a few years ago, I became an impromptu Wedding Photographer, and discovered that of all subjects, I enjoy photographing people the most. I love the fact that someone's history is being documented, and I feel privileged to be part of that history, to catch that moment. I love that no matter what the situation, there is a fantastic photograph waiting to be discovered, waiting to be seen, a photograph that tells a story and captures character, a photograph that is so much more than just an image.
My approach to photography is very relaxed. I don't believe in a "posed" portrait, because to me, it is important that my clients feel comfortable, and above all, look natural. I believe that mood is captured in a photograph, and I will give you some direction to improve the natural pose, but mostly, you'll find that I move around you until I find the right angle...and it is amazing what happens when everything comes together.
